The Village of Cassopolis operates its own Building Department on a part-time basis.
Please contact the Village Hall during office hours at: 269-445-8648 to schedule an appointment.

The Village has adopted and enforces the Michigan Building Codes and the International Property Maintenance Code.

The Village has a Construction Board of Appeals, consisting of three (3) individuals who serve for two-year terms to hear appeals and resolve disputes related to building codes. This board only meets as needed.
